Your new role

As our new Manager - Evidence Informed Practice, you'll have the chance to showcase your operational management and practice expertise by leading our Evidence Informed Practice (EIP) and Intake and Engagement programs. While no two days will be the same, you can expect to:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, oversight, and supervision of staff within your areas.
  • Lead the implementation of the Kids First Australia Practice Framework.
  • Support practice leads across the organisation by delivering Reflective Practice, facilitating case panel reviews, and offering consultation as needed.

About you

  • Leadership: You excel in operational management, including leading, motivating, and developing a diverse, adaptable, and high-performing team.
  • Clinical Supervision: You have experience and skills in delivering clinical supervision and reflective practice.
  • Expertise: You possess contemporary knowledge of relevant government policies and research concerning evidence-based services for children, young people, parents, and families.
  • Communication: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
