Assist with the delivery of holiday programs for children and young people (6-18 years of age) and weekend programs with young people and their family members.
- Present established training packages as community programs for families and school groups.
- Maintain simple statistics and data for entry into records.
- Maintain policies and procedures for quality program delivery
- Liaise with families and ensure a sense of community is bought to the program
- Work as part of a dynamic, engaged team to support our mission to create the next Generation of Generosity.

- Knowledge of Child Safe Principles and training in Child Protection
- First Aid Certificate (or HLTAID004 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting).

- A positive, professional and co-operative approach to working with educators, parents and the school communities.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to children from a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences and groups.
- Experience working as a volunteer or lived experience with vulnerable people.

Highly Regarded but not essential:
- Experience and training in food safety and food handling recommended.
- CHCPRT001 Identify and respond to children and young people at risk - Accredited Child Protection.
- Qualifications or undertaking study in Children’s Services, Education, Social Work or related field above (e.g. Teaching).
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.
- Understanding of children’s services regulations and best practice program delivery for school age children.
