About the opportunity

We are looking for an Organisational Equity & Inclusion Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will support the development of initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive workplace for all employees, including those who identify as LGBTIQA+, culturally and racially marginalised, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, women and people with disabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a range internal and external stakeholders to implement diversity and inclusion programs
  • Analyse and report on data, developing strategies, and implementing best practices to drive meaningful organisational change
  • Review, develop and implement organisational policies, procedures and programs with an equity and inclusion lens 

Key requirements

The ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and foster strong working relationships across all levels

  • Proven experience in delivering impactful workplace programs, along with strong project management and analytical skills
  • A passion for embedding diversity, inclusion and equity in the workplace
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
