Centre Manager - Kingswim Robina


About The business

Kingswim is a brand through which the YMCA teaches over 25,000 kids every week to be competent and safe in and around the water. Employing over 800 staff, Kingswim operate 21 Learn to Swim Centres across Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast.

The Centre Manager’s role within Kingswim is the key leadership position at each location. The Centre Manager has responsibility for business performance of the centre and for the management and welfare of staff and families attending the centre. The Centre Manager has responsibility for ensuring the centre complies with all aspects of the Kingswim delivery of learn-to-swim lessons, including staffing, safety, class occupancy, facility maintenance, customer service, sales, program delivery and community awareness strategies. The Centre Manager role will be required to be flexible in attendance across all shifts, including weekend work (time in lieu provided).

Who are we looking for?

This is a permanent Full-time or Part time position. Applicants should have a strong focus on people, business growth, customer satisfaction. Industry and management experience is preferred.
