Remote / Work from Home
KTF is an Australian international aid and development organisation working in Papua New Guinea (PNG). We work with people and communities to improve the lives and futures of Papua New Guineans. We do this by: assisting remote and rural communities with access to elementary and primary education; improving access to quality and accessible healthcare; improving equality and access to sustainable income-generation opportunities, especially for women; and by fostering the next generation of leaders.
KTF is a member of the Australian Council for International Development and is accredited with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Australian Not-for-Profit Cooperation Program.
The Project Manager – FODE role is to assist with the management of the KTF FODE colleges across PNG. The KTF FODE colleges are currently running enrolments of over 2000 students to take their high school curriculum and exams in a ‘second-chance’ delivery across rural and remote locations of PNG. These colleges are running through dedicated academic teams to ensure the best possible practice and resourcing is made accessible to those who need it most.
The Project Manager – FODE will work closely with KTF’s Head of Education to effectively implement the academic and non-academic activities associated with operating KTF’s FODE Colleges across rural and remote PNG.
The position is offered on a 12-month contract and is flexible in terms of hours, with a minimum of 0.6 FTE and, if less than full-time, must include a Friday. The location is also flexible, offering Sydney-based, hybrid, or remote working arrangements. If remote, preferably working from Melbourne, Adelaide, or Brisbane.
