About the Role

We want to hear from you if you’re passionate about community and the environment, with a nous for admin, process and customer service. Landcare Victoria is recruiting for an Administration Officer to help us deliver our Member Services to the Landcare membership across Victoria.

The Administration Officer (Member Services) is responsible for the effective administration and support of Landcare Victoria Member Services duties, including acting as the interface with our Landcare member groups and individuals.

This highly visible role will help deliver effective member support and be the face of Landcare Victoria to internal and external stakeholders, while facilitating smooth running of day to day services. This includes using a range of digital software programs (CRM, Office 365, finance tools, surveys) to support a diverse number of Landcare Victoria programs and activities. Handling of data and being able to provide useful report statistics will assist in telling the impact of Landcare more broadly.

As Administration Officer you will work closely with the CEO to support the effective governance and secretariat support of the Landcare Victoria Inc Board and the Members Council through preparation of agendas, papers, minutes and logistics for their successful operation.

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in member or customer services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed administration and organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritise tasks, exercising judgement and initiative.
  • An ability to work effectively and respectfully in teams and with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with a variety of software and web applications including CRM, word processing, spreadsheets, surveys, billing and online meeting software.
  • Experience in data entry, quality assurance and producing written reports.
