We are looking for a self-motivated Executive Assistant with experience providing support at executive management level.

This is not just an administrative role; alongside the CEO, Executive Directors, and other Executive Assistants, you’ll be working in the centre of decision making at Latrobe Community Health Service. You will work across the full breadth of the organisation, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.

There are several key qualities we need:

  • Highly organised
  • The ability to influence and persuade people
  • Someone who thinks critically, can solve problems, and makes consistently good decisions

If you are a proactive, adaptable and experienced executive assistant, we would like to hear from you.

To be successful, you will have;

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant to executive level management
  • The ability to problem solve, use initiative, and provide high attention to detail
  • Highly effective verbal and communication skills
