Seeking Diploma qualified Financial Counsellors to fill several fixed-term positions until 30 June 2025 - all positions are available as remote/WFH and hours are fully negotiable.

The role

• Full-time or part-time (hours negotiable)
• WFH and/or locally in NSW Northern Rivers region
• Fixed-term until 30 June 2025
• SCHCADS Level 5

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Diploma of Financial Counselling
• Experience as a financial counsellor or equivalent (eg. including volunteer roles, placements)
• Membership or eligible for membership of Financial Counsellor’s Association of NSW or equivalent
• Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Demonstrated counselling skills
• Experience working with people suffering trauma
