LEAD Professional Development Association Inc. (LEAD) is a not-for-profit, non-government association dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-effective, dynamic and experiential professional development opportunities for people working with children, youth, families and communities. With an exemplary reputation in the Community Sector for over 40 years, LEAD also offers a range of bespoke organisational capacity building services including workforce planning and development.
The Sector and Workforce Development Co-Ordinator will collaborate with Community Sector stakeholders and subject matter experts to strategise professional learning and skill development initiatives. These efforts aim to enhance the practice capacity of Community Sector service providers and practitioners working with children, young people, families, and communities. Additionally, this role actively nurtures strategic networks and forums.
It is envisaged that the candidate will have formal qualifications in Community / Social Work / Social Science / Education / Administration / Communications / Adult Education or related fields.
It is essential that the candidate holds a current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
