The Role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Grants Specialist to join our collaborative, motivated, and high-performing team. If you’re a passionate fundraiser ready to support growth in Philanthropic and Corporate Trusts and Foundations, and Government Grants, we’d love to hear from you!

As the Grants Specialist, you will:

  • Craft Winning Applications: Write compelling, competitive grant applications, proposals, and tenders to secure funding.
  • Ensure Compliance: Deliver accurate and timely reporting, ensuring adherence to all funding requirements.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with funders, providing regular updates on program outcomes and impact.
  • Collaborate: Reporting to the Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, work closely with Grants and Reporting Manager, Programs and Marketing teams to deliver on grant-related projects.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records in Salesforce and GEMS Portal.
  • Identify Opportunities: Research and explore new funding opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline of aligned grants.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor funding trends and inform innovative fundraising strategies.

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in grant writing and management within the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven success managing and achieving diverse grants portfolios.
  • Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the education and mental health sectors is an advantage.
