We provide social, financial, and emotional support to the 30,000 partners, children, and dependants of veterans who have lost their lives or health as a result of their service to our country. It’s what we are proud to have done for over 100 years.

An exciting volunteering opportunity is available in our Rockhampton Contact Group where you can help support war widows and families living in your local region.

This is a volunteer leadership position suitable for someone who is looking to volunteer for a few hours a week.

Your role as a volunteer can include:

• Facilitating Rockhampton Contact Group meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of decisions and action items
• Supporting Legatees in the Rockhampton and regional area.
• Maintain documents at the Rockhampton office including agendas and correspondence ensuring confidentiality and secure storage
• Liaise with Brisbane Legacy head office.
• Monitor incoming emails and communications for Rockhampton Contact Group
• Other duties as requested
