ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Regular Giving Team Leader to join our dedicated Fundraising team to support the Fundraising Manager to develop and execute strategic fundraising plans across various channels, focusing on donor acquisition, appeals, and regular giving. This role involves cultivating donor relationships, implementing regular giving programs for retention and growth, and supporting organisational fundraising activities.

Key selection criteria

  • Professional qualifications or experience in Fundraising, Nonprofit Management, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving fundraising targets and knowledge of various fundraising channels (appeals, digital, giving days, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyse financial data to meet revenue and expenditure targets.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with donors, supporters, partners, and managing suppliers/consultants.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for accurate data management and generating insightful fundraising reports.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable to change, with a creative mindset.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undertake national police check and a working with children check.
  • You will be required to have been vaccinated for influenza.
