ABOUT US

The LGBTI Legal Service Inc. is a non-profit community-based legal service. The Service recognises the difficulties faced by the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex community and seeks to assist the Queensland LGBTIQAP+ community to gain access to justice through the provision of legal and social welfare services. We also endeavour to provide community legal education activities and resources in order to increase awareness of legal rights and responsibilities for the LGBTIQAP+ community in Queensland. The Service includes a Law Reform division, which is actively involved in advocating for law reform and human rights.

OUR MISSION AND VALUES

The LGBTI Legal Service Inc is committed to working to an agreed organisational vision and set of values, and to using these to inform our planning and service delivery. You can read more about our mission, vison and values on our website.
