As LifeChanger's Multimedia Designer, you will curate engaging content across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring it resonates with LifeChanger's distinctive tone. Taking ownership of marketing assets and content creation, you will innovated ideas, bring LifeChanger's vision to life.

Some of the exciting things you will be doing if you join us

• Creating general marketing collateral including presentations, flyers, workbooks, etc
• Content development, including but not limited to static posts, reels, stories, video content
• Filming, editing and distributing captivating social content, including reels, stories, videos for instagram,
  facebook and linkedin
• Maintaining the directory of all printed material
• Working collaboratively with Digital, Marketing, Partnerships, Programs Leaders
• A passion for and experience in video production and editing would be a big advantage.

Requirements

• Content Creation:
  • Strong writing and editing skills for creating clear, concise and engaging content
  • Ability to produce content in various formats including text, images, videos, emails, website
  • Building brand consistency through tone of voice and reinforces brand and values, and our mission
  • Familiarity with content management systems and email automation for publishing content
• Creativity and Innovation:
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with new and innovative content ideas ideas

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts or a similar field is essential
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro with strong understanding of design principles, colour therapy, typography and image editing
• Previous experience in a similar position (min 2 years)
• Photography and videography skills, including video editing
• Ability to plan and manage competing deadlines and priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
