LifeChanger Foundation is a preventative mental health and wellbeing non-profit that empowers young people with the courage to thrive by building social, emotional and resilience skills, and connections within the community. About The Role

As a key member of our Programs Team, your primary responsibility is to deliver LifeChanger’s suite of youth and mentor programs that span from Year 5 to Year 12.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver LifeChanger programs in schools and communities across Greater Sydney
• Build connection and rapport with program participants
• Train and engage student and community mentors
• Attend and engage in Training and Development to enhance facilitation skills
• Collate and analyse student feedback for program enhancement
• Safely and diligently manage disclosures and child safety concerns during workshops as they arise
• Exemplify LifeChanger values and culture

Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated passion for the mental health and wellbeing of young people
• Previous school facilitation experience (desirable)
• Qualification in Youth Work/Community Services/Education/Mental Health (advantageous)
• Mental Health First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (desirable)
• Current Working With Children’s Check
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
• Understanding of child safety and disclosure management
• Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic team environment
