ACCOUNTABILITIES

Digital Marketing:

  • Managing, and optimising content marketing through owned, earned, and paid media channels.
  • Conceptualise, create and deliver campaigns and content. Drive business growth and a National platform as envisioned by Lifeful’s Vision and Strategic Plan.
  • Optimising user experience and performance of website and social media accounts utilising data and analytics to develop insights.
  • Developing plans for new regional and product launches
  • Managing Marketing Plan and Style Guide
  • Analysing website traffic and conversions.
  • Design promotional materials

Content and Communications:

  • Internal communications for staff knowledge and engagement
  • Capturing and communicating client stories and successes
  • Ensuring LifeFul website is search engine optimised (SEO) and updated to ensure fresh, current presentation
  • Effective management of paid and earned lead referral pathways and partners (LACs, Planners etc), maintaining close relationships and regular assessments for value
  • Researching crafting and posting Blogs, Facebook articles, Instagram posts and Tweets
  • Content for monthly client newsletter (using our online platform).
  • Manage Lifeful’s intranet (SharePoint) and business communication platform (Teams) publish stories, create content and manage the design and functionality.

Events

  • Conceptualise, plan, and implement events build brand recognition and increase consumer engagement.
  • Developing special annual days communicated and celebrated in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Identifying, evaluating, planning and delivering expos and conferences

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Mandatory:

  • A digital marketer with 3+ years of experience building an audience and community
  • Proven capability in designing, producing, and optimising content across digital channels.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using internal social platforms to connect and engage
  • Experience in using live streaming platforms to run events
  • A natural flair for design
  • Proficiency across email, CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Solid working knowledge and usage of Google Marketing Platform (particularly Analytics, Tag Manager), Google Ads etc
  • Experience with Paid Social (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc) and organic Social Media Management
  • Expertise with SEO and organic traffic fundamentals
  • Experience in website management including content publishing
  • Up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and new tools. And love to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology literate including Microsoft 365 applications, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Ideal:

  • Experience in email marketing and automation.
  • Have knowledge of disability industry and/or experience within a community environment.
  • Experience developing video content
  • Experience in producing podcasts
  • Confident filming and editing video content to bring to life messages in an engaging way.
  • Graphic design skills

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

It is expected applicants will meet the following qualifications; however, these may be waived for a candidate able to demonstrate all other criteria:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (Degree or higher in Marketing, Management, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism) or relevant experience
  • A current Police check (within the last 6 months) or be willing to obtain one at own expense.
  • Rights to work in Australia.
