Our teams provide services to young people and children in Out Of Home Care, their families and communities. Our customers receive individualised services designed to meet their everyday needs and support them to achieve their goals.

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and emotionally resilient Therapeutic Support Manager to lead our teams of Therapeutic Support workers.
The focus and purpose of this role is to provide excellent service support to Children and Young People, families, significant others, and relevant stakeholders within our therapeutic residential care settings. The role will coordinate both short term and long term placements.
In this role you will enable our children and young people to improve their quality of life, participation in the community, ensure that service delivery is person-centred. You will achieve this by fully utilising a therapeutic framework focussing on strengths-based intervention and support. You will work closely with therapeutic specialist and therapeutic support workers to deliver safe environments for the young people we care for.
