The purpose of the Case Coordinator- National Immigration Support Service (NISS) is to provide responsive and tailored case coordination services to clients to support them to meet identified goals and address their barriers and vulnerabilities to achieve independence.
You will work in a large supportive team, reporting to a Program Manager and from our Dandenong office.
(Please note that while we follow health advice during the COVID-19 concerns, employees will be supported to work remotely where need be and contact clients may include video conference and phone calls)
Please note: This position is being offered as a Full-Time contract position until 30/12/2022 with the possibility of extension
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
