We are seeking a Practice Lead to manage and lead our Child Youth and Family Foster Care program in Milton. This is a client centred role that works in partnership with corporate and local teams to improve client outcomes.
The successful incumbent will support and work within the framework of organisational program initiatives, while managing a multi-disciplinary permanency support team by providing practice advice and support.
Our ideal candidate will be able provides local leadership in the coordination and facilitation of quality and safeguarding systems and processes whilst leading the team to achieve business plan outcomes.
Due to COVID-19 we are currently working a combination of at home and in the office until further notice.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
