Reporting to the Director, Centre for Practice Excellence, Child, Youth & Family (CYF) you will lead a dedicated team of professionals providing practice-based coaching, support and professional learning to continually improve the quality of practice across the breadth of programs. Informed by the CARE model, the Practice Manager will play a critical role in implementing evidence-informed practice across child, youth and family programs in NSW.
The role is a member of the CYF Centre for Practice Excellence Leadership Team and the NSW State Leadership Team. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the organisation in continuously improving practice to impact client outcomes. You will utilise good learning outcomes to improve the capability of our workforce to ensure we deliver “Great Services through great practice”.
This is a permanent full time, location either Newcastle or Sydney.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
