Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead and manage our Aged Care client service programs across South Australia, to manage day-to-day operations, maintain compliance and ensure a high quality of care for our clients.
Your management experience and drive to lead, grow and develop a team that delivers person centred and goal driven services to support our clients to live independently is a priority. This is a permanent, full time position, based from our covid-safe office in Unley with some flexibility to work from home. There will be travel as required across the region to support clients, training and business needs.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check.
