We are looking for an experienced Team Leader for our Aged Care Program based in Canberra. We provide community based Home Care Support to a large number of clients across Canberra and surrounds.
You will be responsible in leading and motivating a cohort of 20-30 community based support workers, as well as managing a caseload of clients accessing services through Home Care Package (HCP) Program. Collaborate with other leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and a high quality of person-centred care for our clients.
The ordinary hours of work are Monday - Friday during business hours, however, may alter dependant on client needs. We are looking for someone with prior leadership experience within the Aged Care industry and a strong understanding of the Aged Care Standards and Home Care Package principles.
Successful candidates will be required to clear relevant state-based probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and the ACT Working With Vulnerable People Card.
