The role will work closely with other key organisations in the region and develop collaborative working relationships and processes to deliver effective models of youth mental health support in the Circular Head and broader North West Region. The Youth Mental Health Clinician will be appointed for a maximum term contract of three years, working flexibly part time two to three days per week.
We are ideally seeking applicants who hold qualifications in an allied health discipline, however those with relevant experience in delivering youth mental health interventions are also encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and hold Tasmanian Working With Vulnerable People Registration. A current drivers licence and occasional intrastate travel will be required.
