The Role

As part of the Regional Management team, you will be responsible for the operational management of Relationship Matters services across the South East Region. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers and other allied health professionals in the delivery of counselling, dispute resolution and education services.

You will establish and grow connections with local communities and service providers, ensuring high quality service through the:

  • Promotion of evidence informed practice which meets or exceeds quality standards
  • Provision of clinical supervision and workforce development
  • Delivery of the Critical Incident Management Service

Skills Required

You are a registered psychologist, social worker or social scientist with relevant tertiary qualifications, or have post graduate qualifications in relationship counselling or family therapy.

As an experienced Manager you will have demonstrated ability to engage directly with clients, develop staff capability, promote an inclusive team culture and build external partnerships.

Further, you will have:

  • Commitment and capacity to work professionally, flexibly and in the best interests of clients
  • Passion for employee wellbeing, and advanced skills in conflict resolution
  • Experience delivering counselling and education programs
  • A current driver’s licence
