Are you passionate about community impact and relationship building? We're seeking a dynamic professional to spearhead our fundraising efforts, driving engagement and revenue growth in support of our life-changing programs.
Lighthouse Foundation provides homes and therapeutic care programs to children and young people impacted by long-term neglect, abuse, and homelessness. Our focus is to create caring communities where kids can feel safe, form meaningful relationships, and begin to heal from traumatic experiences. For the past 30 years, our proven Model of Care has successfully transformed the lives of over 1,000 young people using a range of evidence-based strategies. We now educate and support Foster Carers in the same way, so that they too can take care of some of Australia’s most vulnerable children.
Forge impactful partnerships with schools, businesses, and community groups to drive fundraising initiatives. Coordinate and grow major fundraising projects, leveraging diverse networks and platforms. Serve as a passionate advocate for Lighthouse, inspiring donors through public speaking engagements and outreach efforts.
Make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable youth and contribute to ending youth homelessness in Australia. Enjoy NFP salary packaging and additional superannuation contributions.
First and foremost, interpersonal skills are a must, with a level of maturity and understanding needed when working with those who use and support our services.
