Developing business development plans and practice to ensure financial sustainability in collaboration with the Director and Manager of Lions Outback Vision.

Preparing adequate and suitable documentation to support the attainment of business goals.

Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

In collaboration with the Director and LOV Manager, manage the revenue cycle, overseeing different budgets and monitoring spend. Ensure all activities adhere to company guidelines and policy and legal obligations of the facility.

Collect, research, track and analyse relevant business data.

Selection Criteria

Essential

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, business management or other related fields
2. A minimum of 3 years in a management position
3. Previous experience managing budgets and contracts
4. Understanding of scheduling and logistics management
5. Experience in patient record management and journey of care
6. Previous experience managing multi-disciplined teams
7. Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task
8. The ability to use good judgement and fairness in the day to day operation of the medical practice.
9. Organisation, flexibility, and most of all, being approachable to staff.
