We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our amazing and passionate team in the position of Disability Business Manager.

You will provide a strong leadership and strategic direction to the LINC disability team. You will ensure that all services are delivered with a person-centred approach, positively impacting the lives of our participants by providing tailored support, promoting accessibility and ensuring inclusivity in the Lithgow community.

You will have a strong knowledge of the NDIS, the local community and how to lead a dynamic team with honesty and integrity to achieve success within the disability sector.

LINC is a not-for-profit community-based organisation. We are committed to supporting our community of all ages through programs and initiatives from babies, child and youth programs, community events, disability services, social support, to a range of services for our elderly community.
