Do you want to do interesting, meaningful work that engages with the world? To understand how climate change is affecting Pacific communities? To help protect ecosystems while benefiting livelihoods?
So do we.
At Live & Learn, we work directly with local people in countries across Asia and the Pacific to help build community resilience to the impacts of climate change, protect ecosystems and strengthen the connection between people and the places they live.
As Climate Resilient Islands Country Support Coordinator, you’ll work closely with Live & Learn country teams on the Climate Resilient Islands programme. This programme is working with 65 rural communities across six countries to strengthen resilience to the impacts of climate change through nature-based solutions.
This role is a key part of that. As part of the Country Support Team, you’ll be overseeing programme implementation, building relationships and working closely with teams and communities across those countries to work together towards improving climate resilience. Based in Live & Learn’s Melbourne office, you’ll get regular opportunities to travel internationally so you can build stronger connections with the people and places you’re working with!
