The Role

Reporting to the Executive Manager of Marketing, this exciting and newly created role will work closely with the Marketing Team and other stakeholders to develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships to grow and expand our service delivery.

As the Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for implementing effective growth strategies, generating and converting quality leads,  executing business development activities through various channels as well as proficiently handling negotiations and closures.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in business development skills and understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • NDIS experience and knowledge is essential!
  • Clear, professional and respectful communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Proficient in navigating evolving industry landscapes, adept at handling multiple priorities effectively and adapting to changing business environments.
  • A resilient and self-motivated mindset with a passion for delivering excellent outcomes.
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM systems Hubspot and Salesforce), with a willingness to embrace new technology.
  • Hold a valid licence to drive a motor vehicle.
