This exciting role
This newly created opportunity is a full time 12-month fixed term position, that forms part of the Operations portfolio which is the heart of our Organisation. Reporting to the Project Lead, the role involves demonstrating and communicating the Living My Way's values to foster inclusion, choice and control in all aspects of our services.
As the Project and Research Coordinator you will provide a range of executive and project support services, including fostering key stakeholder relationships, coordinating and tracking projects/tasks and managing complex and/or sensitive issues.
You will utilise your experience to prepare, coordinate and review high level communication including submissions, reports/briefing notes, correspondence, policies and procedures to support and achieve organisational objectives.
Your Skills and Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification(s) and/or related experience
- Demonstrated experience in executive support and/or project management.
- Demonstrated and proficient in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
- Clear, professional and respectful communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- A resilient and self-motivated mindset with a passion for delivering excellent outcomes.
- Knowledge of the Not-for-Profit Sector (Desirable).
