Collaborative Project Manager - Community-led Resilience

Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation

As the Collaborative Project Manager, you will have responsibility to activate and accelerate the Collaborative’s development, to grow the network of connected communities and supporting partner organisations, and to establish a sustainable model for the Collaborative.

Working closely with the Collaborative partners, your role will include the development and implementation of a strategic framework, and governance arrangements. You will achieve this through strong stakeholder relationships, providing advice on governance and approaches, and working closely with the co-design coordinator (whose role is to work with communities via our partners in co-designing the Collaborative).

As the successful candidate you will have a passion for centring community voices in resilience building and demonstrated experience in:

  • Complex, partnership-based organisations
  • Interpersonal skills to successfully engage a broad range of cross-sector stakeholders in achieving purpose-driven outcomes
  • Supporting community-led initiatives, particularly at the strategic level

This is a 0.6 FTE contract position with flexible working hours. Occasional travel to and from regional sites (or Melbourne) will likely be required.
