About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic Educators to join our team in casual and part-time positions. In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs aligned with the “My Time, Our Place” (MTOP) Framework.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment where children can grow, play, and explore.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to share ideas, solve challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Build positive relationships with families and the local community to enrich children’s experiences.

Our casual and part-time roles offer flexibility to accommodate university schedules, making this an ideal opportunity for students or anyone passionate about working with children.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset to contribute ideas and improvements.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Understanding of play-based learning and the ability to implement programs that engage and inspire children.
• Availability for Tuesday–Thursday afternoons, with flexibility for other shifts and planning sessions.
