In 2020, The South Australian Government announced a significant reform agenda for the homelessness sector. In response, the Toward Home Alliance was formed, and consists of Baptist Care SA, Lutheran Care, Mission Australia, Sonder and The Salvation Army, as well as our important sub-contracting partners.

The Toward Home Alliance is committed to working collaboratively, transparently and passionately with clients, community and our partners. Delivering early intervention, transitional and crisis supports across the inner city, Southern and Adelaide Hills regions, every person and partner plays a vital role in ending homelessness.

As our Advance to Zero and Community Project Lead, you will be skilled and experienced at working with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver against our strategic intent and operational priorities. This leadership role entails significant engagement with stakeholders, demonstration of commitment to ending homelessness and capacity to use data to inform and advocate for practice and service system improvements.

It is a key strategic position, focussed on working across the Alliance, our partners, and various locations to ensure clients receive responsive, compassionate and effective supports. You will be a strong advocate for change with an impressive track record driving continuous improvement activities, and your passion and 'can do' attitude with place you in good stead to drive outcomes.

Using your high-level communication skills, you'll build strong, influential and productive relationships at all levels, with a diverse group of stakeholders.

A relevant tertiary qualification (a degree in relevant discipline) and/or relevant experience are essential, as is a full Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle.
