We seek a dedicated Teacher to work with up to 8 students who are disengaged or at risk. Develop and deliver trauma-informed, effective learning programs. A strong sense of social justice and commitment to child safety is essential. Collaborate with our team to help every student flourish.
At MacKillop we are dedicated to providing high-quality services that bring positive educational experiences for students who have experienced trauma, placement breakdowns and/or challenges to school engagement. We work in partnership with mainstream, catholic, independent and alternative schools to support access and equity for vulnerable students at risk of disengaging from education.
We are currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time Teacher at our Maidstone Campus, Victoria.
Working with a highly skilled team, the Intervention Teacher will collaborate to develop and deliver effective and engaging evidence-based learning programs suited to our students' diverse needs, while meeting the requirements of the Victorian Curriculum. Class sizes are capped at eight students, with an Education Support Worker in each class.
