Join our dynamic team as Office Co-Ordinator, playing a pivotal role in supporting the Business Manager and Development Manager at the Melbourne Anglican Foundation. This is a part-time onsite position (0.6 EFT).
Responsibilities include maintaining the master calendar and Foundation email account, co-ordinating and attending meetings with the BM and RM, assisting in event management, managing donor communications, and general administrative tasks. You'll also assist with Board and subcommittee logistics, ensuring smooth operations.
Ideal candidates should have a passion for business management and team administration. Experience in the not-for-profit sector and/or church environments is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft systems and social media, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail, is essential.
