Magabala Books is seeking a motivated and creative individual with a passion for marketing, social media, and community engagement to join our small, dynamic team as the Marketing Assistant or Coordinator (depending on experience and qualifications).
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander storytellers, writers, and illustrators across Australia.
The successful candidate will work under the Marketing and Publicity Manager’s supervision, providing support in social media, community engagement, publicity, marketing campaigns, promotions, and administration.
The role involves broad engagement with creators and partners and offers opportunities for collaborative and creative input within the marketing team and the broader organisation.
To assist, or depending on experience, coordinate Magabala’s marketing and publicity activities across a range of functions including social media, community engagement, publicity, marketing campaigns, promotions and administration.
