Remote / Work from Home
This is a paid part time position of 7 hours per week, worked over two days, with an offer of combining both work from home and from our World Service Centre in Bayswater, Victoria. The World Service Centre houses our accounts and administration support for mainly music and mainly play in NZ, Australia, and United Kingdom entities, along with other positions specific to Australia (it’s the Australian Support Centre as well!).
Your role will be to process the invoices, payments, and other accounting functions for our Australian organisation, under the leadership of our Finance Manager. We have processes and procedures that are common to all entities that will also guide you.
The successful applicant will appreciate working to an accurate and timely schedule, who has dealt with or can learn about live inventory, and who is familiar with standard Australian accounts procedures. The role requires experience and skills in Word, Excel, MYOB, and Outlook.
You’ll chat to Treasurers and Team Leaders of mainly music, mainly play, and mainly babies’ groups, sorting out any queries they might have. Clear spoken and written English will be essential.

While some flexibility can be given in the school holidays, there is an expectation of a minimum of two days per week availability (being any two of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
