Marymead is a well-respected, community-based, not-for-profit organisation that has provided a range of support services to children, young people and their families since 1967. Marymead now operates throughout the southern and western regional areas of NSW as well as the ACT with offices in Goulburn, Wagga Wagga, Young, Moruya, and Canberra. Marymead is now searching for Care Coordinator to deliver a new service in the Mental Health space!
Marymead are excited to soon be commencing the Regenerate Program which will deliver services in the Eurobodalla Local Government Area. This service is provided through intensive, early intervention outreach support for CYP and their families, short-term immediate assistance for families and other community development initiatives to ensure better access to relevant information and services for those at risk and the broader community.
As the Care Coordinator you will use person centred, strength and relationship based frameworks to provide client intake and assist with client enquiries, navigate the client pathway of service delivery and provide the Regenerate clinicians with administrative support. The role will promote client engagement, connect clients with relevant programs and help improve service quality and intake processes.
The Care Coordinator position is a part time position and involves direct client contact via email, phone or walk in support for the Regenerate program within the Mental Health and Wellbeing Unit. This position is a maximum term contract until June 2022 with the possibility of extension.
