ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will embed governance policies, protocols and practices into the Impact Framework that respects Indigenous rights, promotes self-determination and strengthens effective Community engagement and collaboration. While the role is advertised for Sydney, this will be a remote position and will accept applications from all Australian states.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated ability to engage and work with Indigenous peoples and communities.
• Excellent organisational and Information Technology skills, accurate data entry, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets and communicate insights effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight and shifting deadlines.
• Aligned with Firesticks’ vision values, and prior experience of working with Indigenous communities and/or Indigenous individuals to create a positive impact.
• Strong collaborative approach to tasks and the ability to work as part of a team.
