More about the role:

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, the Corporate Partnerships Officer will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Partnerships Team in the day-to-day running of the Corporate Partnerships function.

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the Corporate Partnerships function.
  • Maintaining and updating administration including Salesforce CRM management, contract management and ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of business fundraisers, educating on the work of the McGrath Foundation and ways to partner with us. This includes over the phone, via email and face to face.
  • Being the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, confidently answering calls and communicating via email.
  • Supporting the Corporate Partnerships Team to update collateral including key messages, flyers, proposals, website details and toolkits.
  • Supporting the implementation of partner campaigns, including timelines, working closely with PR and Marketing teams, asset delivery, events.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business.

Who we are looking for:

  • For this role, we are looking for an individual with a mix of the following experience, qualifications, and skills:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. marketing, media) and part-time work experience gained while studying or 1-2 years’ experience in a client engagement or customer service industry such as sales, marketing or media.
  • This role would suit someone who loves meeting new people with ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in phone and email communication.
  • Work collaboratively within a team contributing ideas, suggestions, providing feedback and updates.
  • Driven to achieve deadlines and budgets.
  • High attention to detail.
