More about the role

The Modern Workplace (M365) Lead will lead the implementation and adoption of modern workplace solutions, primarily focused on the M365 suite. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enhancing and implementing initiatives across the Foundation for fit for purpose use of the M365 landscape that supports a collaborative and affective modern workplace
• Analysing current business practices, processes, and procedures to identify opportunities for leveraging Microsoft 365 and Information Management
• Providing guidance to the business, on leveraging the collaboration features of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams (Including Voice), SharePoint Online and document management
• Executing implementations and ensuring optimal user adoption through the development and implementation of comprehensive communication and training plans
• Establishing M365 Community of Practice or similar

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a mix of the following experience and skills:

• Extensive experience with evaluating, implementing solutions using the M365 platform, particularly its Modern Workplace suite, including but not limited to Teams (including Voice), SharePoint Online (Intranet), OneDrive, Exchange Online and Compliance Information Management
• Experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting (ITIL) 365 Modern Workplace, Azure AD and Purview
• Ability to respond quickly, competently, and patiently. Gather information, evaluate options, and offer working solutions
• A deep interest in identifying, assessing, and communicating new and emerging technologies that support the Digital Strategy
• An understanding of, and experience in stakeholder and change management
