More about the role:

The Single Giving Manager will lead the implementation and improvement of the single giving program at the McGrath Foundation, with the aim of maximising revenue and return on investment, while maintaining an engaged supporter base.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Developing and overseeing single giving donor appeals with a focus on retention and growth strategies.
  • Briefing and supporting the Supporter Care Officers on single giving activities, ensuring excellent supporter care.
  • Ensuring supporter records are accurate and up to date within our CRM environment.
  • Developing a supporter journey for the different types of supporters, refining to improve supporter retention and engagement

This is a full-time position on a fixed-term contract, finishing towards the end of January 2026. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with the team working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a highly organised and strategic thinker with a mix of the following attributes:

  • Experience managing and executing multi-channel single giving campaigns across acquisition and retention.
  • Experience in managing budgets and realigning strategies based on results.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate project strategies, objectives, and ideas in a compelling manner.
  • Data led with experience in fundraising systems and strategies, including CRMs, marketing automation and reporting.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage campaigns end to end and meet financial targets.
  • Ability to perform calmly under pressure, balancing several priorities.
