As the Senior LIMS Developer, you will play a key role in developing, optimising, and enhancing VCGS’s Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). You will design and implement solutions that streamline laboratory processes, ensuring data integrity, stability, and operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with scientists, lab technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with laboratory workflows and integrates seamlessly with instruments and processes.
This flexible position offers the opportunity to work as part of the Software Systems and Integration team in a collaborative environment with a great balance of remote and onsite work. You will take the initiative to improve the LIMS platform, identify innovative solutions, and provide technical expertise to enhance system performance and reliability.
You are an experienced software developer with a passion for designing and delivering innovative LIMS solutions. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have experience working in a laboratory or health-related environment. Your technical expertise is complemented by excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
