Muscular Dystrophy Australia (MDA) is the national peak body for Australians with neuromuscular disease (NMD). As our Program Manager, you'll play a vital role in designing, delivering, and scaling evidence-based programs that truly impact lives. With a focus on children, teens, and families, you’ll lead programs like Camp MDA, educational initiatives, and community programs to enhance quality of life for those with NMD.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative programs for people with NMD and their families.
- Create program logics that fostering inclusive, co-designed programs which demonstrate real impact.
- Collaborate closely with patients/clients, healthcare professionals, and educators.
- Monitor budgets, compliance, and ensure programs meet NDIS funding requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to MDA's long-term strategy and deliver on mission.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in program development within health, disability, or community sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering programs that meet health promotion and/or NDIS requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in health promotion, allied health, public health, or communications or relevant work experience.
- Strong project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills.
