Mountain District Learning Centre is a Learn Local Organisation located in Ferntree Gully delivering education to the local community. We are recruiting an Adult Learning Manager to plan, develop, organise and promote our Adult, Community and Further Education Pre-accredited courses.

The position requires an understanding of adult literacy development, vocational pathway education and the needs of disadvantaged adult learners.

The candidate requires excellent communication skills, high-level networking and partnership building skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships.

Qualifications in Community Development and/or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or relevant experience are preferred.

The position is permanent part-time for 24 hours per week.
