General Manager Residential Services is a newly created pivotal leadership role integral to our Residential Aged Care Services reporting to the Executive General Manager Residential and Housing Services to ensure optimised performance and best practice implementation. The role is supported by the Regional Manager Residential Services, Quality, Learning and Development and Human Resource teams who assist in championing a continuous improvement program while ensuring the efficient and effective use of all resources. The successful applicant will work alongside the Executive General Manager Residential and Housing Services, leadership team and facility managers to support mecwacare’s residential services in Victoria.
