We serve as a bridge between the government and diverse communities, ensuring equitable access to services and opportunities. Our work is supported by the Multicultural NSW Advisory Board, which provides independent advice to the agency and the Minister, drawing from the vast cultural diversity and experience of its members.
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer plays a pivotal role in the advancing Multicultural NSW’s strategic direction. You will be instrumental in promoting cultural understanding and equity across government services, ensuring the voices of multicultural communities are heard and acted upon.
This role involves leading the development and implementation of strategic plans, maintaining robust stakeholder relationships, and securing funding for critical programs.
You will oversee a significant portfolio, including the Multicultural NSW Grants Program, ensuring strong governance and transparency.
As a senior leader, you will provide executive direction and inspire a commitment to cultural diversity and inclusion across the organisation.
