About the role:

The Program Relationships Coordinator plays a key support role within our Australian Operations, assisting in the development of relationships within our membership programs across workplace, education and community settings. A team player, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and managing strong stakeholder relationships along with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key features of the role include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for existing, new partners and key membership program stakeholders.
  • Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of membership programs.
  • Planning and developing frameworks and resources to connect and support organisations to embed MHFA training.
  • Supporting the transition of key relationships into the Australian Operations team, by consultation across relevant teams.
  • Engaging the MHFAider community including facilitating knowledge retention, further skill development and course promotion.

About you:

You will have worked in Stakeholder Relations, Partnership or Project Management for at least 12 months together with:

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver high quality, tailored business proposals and presentations for different audiences and markets.
  • Being highly organised with an exceptional ability to prioritise well, work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, autonomously and shows initiative, set priorities, monitor workflows and be adaptable.
  • Ability to work under pressure, work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and be highly organised to deliver on outcomes within expected timeframes.
