We believe that every child and adult has the right to a home, an income, healthcare, education, safety, dignity, and connection with their community of choice. Micah Projects provides a range of support and advocacy services to individuals and families.
Working Together to Connect Care (WTTCC) is a collaboration between Micah Projects, Brisbane North Primary Health Network (PHN), Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital (RBWH) and The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH).
WTTCC delivers outreach support to connect people with clinical care, community support, and housing by providing integrated care.

To be considered for this role, you will have current registration with APHRA as a Registered Nurse.
You will also have demonstrated advanced clinical competency and the ability to maintain the highest standards of nursing practice, combined with experience in head-to-toe health assessments, wound care, and trauma informed care.
Demonstrated communication, the ability to critically think, problem solve and work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary health and social care team is also essential to this role.
An interest in delivering care in community/primary health nursing as well as working with individuals who have addiction/mental health illness, would also be considered favourably.
