Lotus Support Service Counselling & Support Services (Disability Royal Commission) provides confidential counselling and support to people engaging with, or affected by, the Disability Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability. The Support and Advocacy Worker supports participants engaged with the Disability Royal Commission to strengthen their abilities to connect with and maintain informal, mainstream and funded supports - including resolving points of crisis and developing capacity and resilience in the participant’s network.

This is a fixed term, part time position to 30 June 2022 with a minimum of 30.4 hours of work available per week and will be classified under the SCHADS Award as a Level 4 or Level 5, depending on previous experience.
